A leader in LCA and ECI consulting for 15 years.
With a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), EcoReview provides insight into the environmental impact of products, buildings and projects over the full life cycle. From raw material extraction to end-of-life. Our analyses form the basis for informed choices, optimization and demonstrable sustainability.
Clear quantification of environmental impact across the life cycle.
Decisions are supported by objective and verifiable data.
Design and product variants can be directly compared.

We carry out product LCAs in accordance with EN 15804 and ISO 14044. Suitable for producers who want to understand the environmental impact of their product or have it included in the NMD.

For construction and infrastructure projects, we calculate the environmental impact at the project level. These LCAs support design choices, tenders and ECI optimization.

Based on LCA results, we identify concrete improvement measures. Think of material choices, design variants or process modifications with demonstrable environmental gains.

We support internal teams in setting up or checking LCAs. We also conduct independent reviews, including review against NMD and normative requirements.
1. Scope & delineation
Together we determine the purpose of the LCA, the functional unit and the system boundaries. In doing so, we align with applicable standards such as EN 15804, PCRs and the Dutch determination method.
2. Inventory (LCI)
We collect and structure all necessary data on materials, processes, transport and energy. Where necessary, we support data collection or work with validated databases such as the NMD.
3. Analysis & interpretation
Environmental impacts are calculated and interpreted. We translate results into clear insights, optimization opportunities and applicable conclusions for design, policy or decision making.
Our specialists will guide you in preparing a reliable LCA for your product or project.
We combine in-depth LCA knowledge with years of practical experience within the entire system: client, contractor and producer.
Our LCA experts specialize by sector and product group, making analyses consistent with practice and regulations.
EcoReview operates according to applicable standards and has NMD-approved reviewers for verification and quality assurance.
An ECI calculation is a specific application of an LCA, where environmental impacts are aggregated into a single indicator for comparison.
LCAs are often required in tenders, NMD recordings and sustainability reporting, depending on sector and application.
Yes, we work with project-specific or product-specific data whenever possible, provided it meets quality and completeness requirements.
